Designed by and for the community, ROOTS offers an in-house grant to help individuals, families, and neighborhoods across Metro Atlanta create sustainable 10x10 food production plots with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive. Apply to have your Unity Garden installed today!
Whether you're new to gardening or a seasoned grower, ROOTS empowers you to grow food with purpose, connect with neighbors, and join a movement that believes mutual aid is the foundation of resilience. We are installing Unity Garden plots across Metro Atlanta.

roots of generosity youth program
Entrepreneurship program for our youth
Roots of Generosity is a youth workforce and entrepreneurship program that teaches teens ages 14–18 how to install and maintain food-producing gardens while building leadership, business, and community engagement skills. Through hands-on training, participants learn sustainable food production techniques and gain real-world experience providing services that help strengthen local food systems.
Ready to Plant Your ROOTS?
Together we are saying NO to harmful big box store products that are not up to our standards and we will NOT continue to support them! Instead, we are choosing to support, uplift, promote, and depend on one another.
